Thoughts please folks. This is a bit of a controversial one I know, but i've been thinking about this since it first came out.

edit: Bit of an overhaul after discussions. Decided not to include the Super Hero Adept as this is effectively a Talent to my mind. And i've not covered Psionic Talents either, though they work the same as in the Core Rules.

Very interesting area to explore.
Owning the Modern SRD, Grim Tales, True20 and Spycraft, I'm in the position of knowing a little about a lot of d20 variants and I see interesting similarities to all of these.
It's worthwhile to examine, I think (and you may have considered this), given that you prefer something like the d20 Modern class concept to D&D classes, (it's not exactly alike - advanced classes make a considerable difference) _why_ you like them. To put it another way, I suggest that in the actual game sessions you enjoy, the system defines and separates some kinds of characters and encourages some kinds of parties. To put it another way, you might feel that some aspects of a whole sentient being correlate with each other and should be favoured by the system together.
Is it raw physical aptitude and how that shapes a character's life? It might be - then, for what sorts of characters is that most important?
Is it common training and similar life experiences? Is it the things they can do best, whatever their background?
This implementation offers stronger (thus, more strongly defining) abilities to at least some character classes than the published Alternity professions. I'm not sure that I see the means of balance between them everywhere.
Are you using defined skill lists with lower cost for each class? The first paragraph suggests you are, but they're not listed and some of the classes' abilities use different ways to favour (further) particular skill groups.

Skills Listings!! Knew i'd forgotten something :p Had considered only having upto lvl 10 and Multi-classing, but it would've pushed things past the norm for Alternity and I think it would've seriouosly unbalanced things. Updating it asap.

Update to the above. More definition of Skills for each Class on the way, just struggling a bit with Careers for them all! Will be doing a seperate entry involving Lvl 10 Max and Multi-classing, but not planning on putting it up here just yet.

This version should work nicely with the existing Professions and addresses some noted questions about the Adept and Mindwalker as well. Maybe the faceman could be named Personable Hero?
